Goldin leaves me stone cold. I've seen some of her images in a gallery or two
and thought - 'so what'. She seems to have made her bones with huge snapshots
of her friends. Good snapshots, sometimes in good places with a bit of an edge
but…as a body of work, ho hum.
People like Larry Clarke did it better and more confrontationally a long time
ago.
