I've never been to Corkscrew. I'll have to plan a visit some time. The
Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge (on the east coast) has a half mile
boardwalk through cypress swamp. When I worked as a volunteer there
many years ago I used to lead walks through the swamp and also led
canoes/kayaks out into the canoe trail in the interior.
