That would be weird. They are in Chapter 7 (liquidation), not Chapter 11
(restructuring with a view to continuing the business). Of course, it could
happen that some company would buy the brand provided it is worth anything, as
happened with the Voigtländer brand in Germany in the 1970s when Ringfoto
bought it.
