Oh much more than that. I had a Kowa Six at one point. And there were some
extremely nice (Kallo) rangefinders in the fifties and sixties. Their strength
in the seventies and eighties was in wide angle lenses - the SLR's were leaf
shutter models and not remarkable with the exception of the late fixed lens
UW19 - a high quality 19mm on a black body supposedly designed for
architectural use. Hard to find, collectible and expensive. The wides for the
120 Six bodies were extremely good too. Their other strength was in add-on
anamorphic movie lenses (spot the trend) and they still command a high price.
Nice to see them back.
