I like buying mature technologies. It takes a while for a
revolutionary product to go through enough evolutionary steps to come
to the point where you say "this is it". This is one reason why I
enjoy the OM system so much. In the digital photography age, I feel
that we have been in the point of product maturity for only the last
three or so. (DSLRs). That's why we are seeing a whole new product
category come out (mirrorless/compact) that has started the maturity
cycle all over again and each new model points out just how gut-wrench
aweful the previous model was.
