Agreed - but as one reporter implied last night dammed if you do dammed
if you don't. Lets imagine going back 4 years in time and asking the
taxpayers to fork out say an extra 50 pounds per year to spend on flood
defences - when where they live has been flood free for living memory.
It's not that I am pro government but spending needs to be curbed
however I personally think this could be done with getting rid of
corruption and stupid expensive projects.
