Enjoyed a bottle last night. Very good. I told someone else off-list that it
seems to me like beer which should have been the paradigm for what commercial
American beer _might_ have been. I was extremely happy to find it tastes
_nothing_ like our Budweiser, the consumption of which leaves one with the
impression that one’s mouth has been sandblasted.
Not too hoppy. Smooth.
I don’t think it will be a regular, but it won’t be absent long from the
‘fridge.
