[OM] Fred M review of A7R with Canyon glass

Too bad about the QA issues with the Metabones adapters.  Adding the 
flocking seems to help in some situations. (many threads with 
directions on this)
Still haven't really seen as many complaints using alts on A7(R)  
(focusing etc) as in DPR summary.
