I like the image.
While the M8 does SOME form of IR, it has the problem of not being IR
enough. This is a similar problem to what happened with the Kodak 16n
as well as the Olympus E-1. There was IR contamination because the
roll-off was softer but didn't extend far enough down the spectrum to
be overly usable as a true IR camera. This is similar to Ilford SFX
film, in that it has an extended roll-off, but doesn't compare well to
the real IR films.
But it does a whole lot better at IR than any Nikon camera.
