Good reasons for DNG: http://dpbestflow.org/data-validation/dng-validation
Since my Leica files are all native DNG as Raws, I started out saving
everything as DNG and don't regret it at all. Files are smaller with no
losses and validation is a plus.
It's DNG for me!
