We've never stayed there because it takes months to get a reservation.
There is only one accommodation, but it is the entire third floor of a
house right on the battery with a porch that runs the full width of the
house, hammocks, etc. Just read the reviews:

We've stayed at #2 Meeting Street Inn and it's nice but not as private as
this one will be!
