Mostly I try to stay safe, though a time or two I've been less than prudent.
My favorite spot at Pemaqid is a ledge about two feet away from a nice 30-foot
drop into crashing surf or hard rocks, depending on the tide. Every time I set
up there I imagine stepping back a gooch too far to get just the right angle.
So far, hasn't happened. I did tell Joan, though, that I'd rather expire on the
coast with a camera in my hand than in a hospital bed with tubes down my throat.
Of course, at the moment, I'd rather not expire at all. <g>
