We scattered my father's ashes in the Bassin d'Archacon in south western France
as he loved the place and we wanted the trip. It's a major oyster growing area
and oysters are filter feeders so it might be well to avoid oysters from
Bordeaux for a while. You might ingest some of my father and you don't want to
absorb his qualities. I may be a bit grumpy at times but he made (tense
debatable) me look like the Dalai Lama.
