Ah yes. I was about to buy a race prepared 500. Compression so high that, with
my 130# or so, I had to jump up in the
air onto the lever to start it. Had been clocked at 140 mph on the back
straight at the then Cotati racetrack.
My parents said that was fine, but I would have to move out of their house. I
wanted to move, too, but couldn't afford
both at once. So I moved.
