My all-time favorite camera bag was the Olympus Compartment Case M

Click on the instructions link at lower left for a better idea of what
it looks like inside. It had a snap-in leatherette bag with 3
compartments for lenses. The leatherette eventually turned into a gooey
tar and I quit using it for years until I had my sister (sailboat canvas
seamstress) copy it in some soft, but heavy fabric. By that time I was
shooting with the 5D and the body wouldn't fit in the elevated body
holder. It was an "L"-shaped steel bracket with what looked similar to
the bottom half of an ever-ready case. Since the camera was elevated
there was space underneath for other stuff (like T-32s). I just trashed
the body holder recently since it was coming apart. The bag itself,
with restored lens pouch, still lives. My granddaughter has it with an
OM-2s and a couple of lenses. I doubt that she's ever loaded any of the
film I gave her.
