I don't think that anyone was kicking the well-to-do, John. The were
commenting on the large and growing gap between rich and poor. Some of the gap
might be described as deserved, some not. The proportion of either will be a
matter for debate, but at least some of it will contribute to a society that is
poorer in other ways than money.
