In the late 1980s, before I retired, we prepared all of our contract
proposals in WordPerfect, parts originated by numerous specialists, and
assembled by a secretarial staff. I still have an ancient copy on the
shelf behind me, reminding me of work done at home at night to meet
deadlines. I also have WordStar! Talk about useless stuff that
accumulates! :-)
