I like it better when seen small, nice angle and catch indeed.
Yet, the larger version you posted suffers from my point of view of inadequate
focusing; the guys are sharp alright but so is the background.
The caryatids on either side are somewhat too out of focus as a result.
Focusing a foot closer would have made the shot stronger IMHO.
Yet I really like the main subjects. Great stolen moment of complicity.
Perhaps LR will help unsharpen the corner that sticks out of his head?
