Hmm, Interesting. Have your noticed one can use a smaller AF point and
drag it around on the LCD while looking through the EVF?
Not sure how useful that is but does sound like it might be. The GX-7
is supposed to focus well in quite low light (have seen -4EV mentioned?)
Pushing the shadows with the OM-D especially at higher ISO is mentioned
to sometimes result in a purplish drift not seen in the GX-7. On the
other hand
it isn't as tough as the OMD or EM-1 and the IBIS not as effective.
Await your further observations.
