Plumbing what you propose, the way it's pictured would be next to
impossible. Cutouts usually are downstream from the headers. These look
like they are straight headers, if they are real.
Realistically, they must be fake. There's no way the car would pass any
sort of inspection with an exhaust like that. It would be blowing flames
out the hood headers, top-fuel dragster-style.
