Dunno specifically about FTL but John did a perfect
functional/aesthetic job putting the same
pin on my OM Mamiya Mirex tilt-shift adapter. He is busier these days
with Tamron though.
Looked like a royal pain to me and I think it took longer than
anticipated. Ian at Srb-Griturn arranged for a stop down pin on my T
mount to OM lens adapter I use on a tilt-shift bellows. Didn't cost
too much for that. I would very much bet he could arrange for your
repair if need be.
