1100? I've drunk in pubs older than that! Well..I know churches that predate
that.
And my sister married into a family who were involved personally in the Norman
invasion.
One of them was one of the very first Knights of the Garter.
So I tend to fall about larfing when Australians talk about 'traditions' and
old ruins.
