the om-3 suffers from battery drain, also the fancy flash options are
missing.
Otherwise it is mostly the same camera.
Also the compensation dial is of a different design, which gets more easily
out of place by accident.
The same differences between an OM-4 and an OM-4Ti basically.
If i remember well the Ti cameras were also a bit better sealed?
