[OM] Nathan's PAD 23/9/2013: two señoritas and two dogs in Matongé

i have been in Brussels the past 3 days, in fact I am posting this from the 
lounge at Brussels airport, on my way home. This is a business trip but I had 
Monday afternoon free, and as is my habit when the weather is good, I headed 
for one of my favourite neighbourhoods in central Brussels, an immigrant area 
called Matongé or Little Zaire. There, I sat in the sun, enjoying a couple of 
Blanche de Bruges, and looking at my surroundings:
