Yes, I will comment:
This is a case where the "researchers" aren't doing their job.
Typically, they would go to their favorite on-line stock photo agency,
enter the search terms and pick the appropriate image. HOWEVER, there
is another part to the job--that is to READ THE DESCRIPTION!
So, two possibilities. 1. They did the above and failed to read the
description. 2. They did a search on Flickr and found an image that
was supposed to be the right thing, but failed to find the
source/photographer/etc, so they just published it under the orphaned
works clause.
I seriously hope it was the first thing.
