I don't visit the UK - I have no knowledge of the behaviour of the former
Celtic colonies. I visit England. And France. The French seem to rely almost
entirely on UHT tetrapaks - how can a nation that prides itself on its food
descend to such vile glop. In rural France i take the opportunity to sneer
(there are so few) and organise raw milk from the farmer next door.
I have some raw milk in the fridge now - we call it 'bath milk' here as
unpasturised milk is technically illegal. A charming lie. There seems to be a
lot of Cleopatra activity around here lately.
