In my opinion, yes.
The are a community activity which is part of the Central Otago District
Council. They ( she, Maxine the paid operative, does it very well). They
encourage the many artists in this region, and I feel favoured that I was
lucky enough to catch her request for a new image for Spring just after she
made it, and that she accepted the image which I had readily to hand.
There was at least one 'sour grapes' remark made by a woman who didn't
get the first slot - but I know she will get her chance.
Maxine creates many opportunities, and the latest is an international art
competition/exhibition which is to be hosted locally. I am in the process of
getting two larger prints matted and framed for acceptance submission, as I
write this. Acceptance is by no means guaranteed.

(my final print has the yellow late sunlight more red, and I removed the three
whit posts on the lower right)
