My E-M5 fits into the PhotoRunner 100 with ebay aluminum grip installed

AND QR plate attached to bottom of grip AND detachable flash installed
AND 14-150 installed with hood in shooting position. It also has the
optional (larger) eye-cup installed which sticks out further
(recommended). Having the flash installed causes the case to bulge
outward a bit but not so far as to keep it from zipping. But I would
probably remove it for an easier fit. I don't have one to try it but I
think the 75-300 would fit OK too but probably not with the hood in
shooting position. The 14-150 installed on-camera and with hood
extended is 110mm long measured from the body flange. With the oversize
eye-cup there's probably only about another 5-10mm of depth left. Maybe
Moose can give the relevant measurement for the 75-300 with only lens
cap installed. If it's over 115 or (maybe) 120mm it might be a tight
squeeze.
And different stroke for different folks. I love my ebay aluminum grip.
It feels good and makes the grip on the camera much more secure. I
only wish it centered the tripod screw left to right. It improves the
centering but is still about 5mm off-center.
