I have not seen a Fujifilm offering of an adapter for Leica-R to FX.
Having used Fotodiox adapters in the past, I chose the Fotodiox adapter
to mate my Leica Elmarit-R 60mm Macro to the X-E1. The fit of the
adapter was perfect, and the appearance is great.
As an aside, I also bought the Fotodiox M to FX adapter. The fit of the
adapter to my LTM/M adapter is extremely tight. Function is fine, but
separating the two will be difficult.
