I doesn't hold another lens or anything else except some batteries and
spare flash cards but, for the E-M5 fitted with the 14-150 (general
purpose walk-around lens) I've found the mid-size Ape Case holster bag
ACPRO625 to be a most useful bag. There are three of them 600, 625 and
650 seen here:

The E-M5 would fit easily in the small 600 bag but I chose the medium
size since I wanted to carry the E-M5 with 28-150 with lens hood
deployed in usage position and also fitted with this grip from ebay
<http://www.ebay.com/itm/Camera-Bracket-Holder-Hand-Grip-f-Olympus-OM-D-E-M5-Ballhead-Quick-Release-Plate-/261212248838?ssPageName=ADME:L:OC:US:3160>
along with a tripod QR plate attached.which I like very much. It's
slightly snug with the pop-up flash unit fitted but it all does fit.
I originally bought this intending to use it as a waist bag since it has
a broad belt loop but I've not found a suitable belt yet. But I may
just continue to use it as is. I've found that wearing the strap
cross-shoulder allows slinging the bag behind your back and keeps it out
of the way.
That bag also has a built-in rain pouch that pulls out of a rear velcro
closured pouch and fits over the bag.
I also bought the Moose recommended Lowe-Pro Photo Runner 100
<http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/652583-REG/Lowepro_LP36126_PEU_Photo_Runner_100_Shoulder.html>
since it has a tuck-away waist belt but I've not really put that one to
use yet. I've got to learn how to pack it properly. I need something
to hold the 12-50 and the (not yet acquired) 75-300 plus a T-32, etc.
