Brian, may I suggest one of those new hats by Tilley made out of tin foil.
I've been a spy and military novel junky for most of my life. None of
this surprises me and I'd be disappointed if our governments didn't
have those capabilities and more. After all, why leave all the
exciting technologies to the private sector.
I figure that if I've thought of it, it's probably been done.
