And I would agree. The data I had available was far from definitive and
both of the batteries I reported on are old. The Energizer Canon clone
is 7 years old. The Minolta/Maxell A1 clone battery is as old as the
camera and was bought in 2004. Even so, the Maxell battery has been
installed for at least 6 months and is not dead. The Energizer isn't
dead either. It has only been installed for 4 months but has also
powered over 300 images.
