Thanks. It's right across the street from the office. No commute
hassles. Realized that I'm spending $10-20 per day on travel to/from
work, not including the weekends back halfway across the country.
Also, with traffic and stoplights (evil things), it's been taking me a
half-hour each way. Nice to recover an hour of the day.

But this place is certainly nice. Comfortable and totally bare without
furniture of any form. IKEA to the rescue.
