There are two reasons I walk by the Mannekin Pis when I am in Brussels and have 
some free time. The first involves the Poechenellekelder, one of my two 
favourite bars in Brussels (the other is the Monk on Place Ste-Catherine). The 
second has to do with watching the tourists:
