On my computer small CRT screen, this is a clear improvement.
I found that it responded well to modest sharpening in FastStone, which
leads to a suggestion.
I thought it was possible on my Olympus digital cameras to specify in-
camera sharpening - but checking only on the E-3 reveals nothing like that
in the menu.
I feel sure I've seen mention of it somewhere - but maybe I'm mistaken.
Does your Leica digital do menu-driven in-camera sharpening?
If so that could help and it might get around stock agency prohibition of
digital alteration.
