One example is all that's needed. I could throw in a few others. And of course there have been some fine female leaders as well and some very compassionate men. I just object to the facile idea that female leaders would or should be all touchy feely. Our leaders are human - gender irrelevant. Any other idea is mere (reverse) sexism.
