If that wasn't possible, every celebrity gossip magazine and every news magazine would be out of business here....both types of mags usually have people on the covers who did not give permission. -- Chris Crawford Fine Art Photography Fort Wayne, Indiana 260-437-8990 http://www.chriscrawfordphoto.com My portfolio http://blog.chriscrawfordphoto.com My latest work! http://www.facebook.com/pages/Christopher-Crawford/48229272798 Become a fan on Facebook On 5/13/13 10:11 PM, "Andrew Fildes" <afildes@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: >I'd be surprised as it's implicit in the common law principle of 'public >gaze' which I think applies in the US and UK as well as here, though not >in Europe. >What isn't the case - the general 'editorial' definition or the >'commercial use' exception? >Andrew Fildes >afildes@xxxxxxxxxxxxx >www.soultheft.com >Author/Publisher: The SLR Compendium - http://www.blurb.com/books/3732813 > > > >On 14/05/2013, at 11:58 AM, Chris Crawford wrote: > >> That's not the case in the United States, where Tina lives and works. > >-- >_________________________________________________________________ >Options: http://lists.thomasclausen.net/mailman/listinfo/olympus >Archives: http://lists.thomasclausen.net/mailman/private/olympus/ >Themed Olympus Photo Exhibition: http://www.tope.nl/ > -- _________________________________________________________________ Options: http://lists.thomasclausen.net/mailman/listinfo/olympus Archives: http://lists.thomasclausen.net/mailman/private/olympus/ Themed Olympus Photo Exhibition: http://www.tope.nl/ |
