[OM] More orioles, spring flowers, tribute to HCB

As promised a few things that have come to my backyard with the warming
weather.  My wife planted a lot of tulips last fall and we have managed to
keep a few from the deer.  There are more orioles too.

There is one photo that probably represents the most jaw-dropping "critical
moment" shot I have captured in quite some time.

I think all are with OM-5D and 90/2, 180/2.8, and 300/4.5.
