There has been some discussion of late regarding lens and camera
character. The lens in the Yashica G/GS/GSN is really good, but
definitely had a character to it. I'm long out of practice, but I
could spot images taken with that camera as a result. I initially shot
Olympus and Yashica side-by-side, but soon gave it up because the
look/feel of the images were so different and I was married to the
look/feel of the Zuikos. Still am.
My "masterpiece" photograph, which hangs in our master bedroom was
taken with that camera.
