Well, never is a bit severe but I can't foresee the situation that would
have me increase my phone bill substantially when I just made major
changes to get the bill down to about $30/month from $75/month.
When traveling we stay in hotels which have free wi-fi. There's often
free wi-fi at the restaurants. I might change my tune if I spent 2
weeks in a remote national park but that's generally sufficient
"connectedness" for me. Come to think of it, the remote national park
probably doesn't have cell coverage either.
