Thanks, Chris. Yes, the history is an important part. We also have quite a
few Nandina plants. My wife received instructions from my Dad on how they
should be trimmed back, and she keeps watching to remind me of those
instructions. They must be cut back severely, in order to be sure they don't
take over the place. ;~)
