[OM] Nathan's PAD 27/4/2013: something I am happy to have avoided

Yesterday started out raining, but around mid-day it cleared up so I took my 
bicycle and went for a brisk 45 km ride. Five minutes after I returned home, 
this is what things looked like on our kitchen terrace:
