Thanks Chris. "Købmand" means "grocer" or "merchant" and is the traditional
word for a grocery store. It comes from the verb "købe", "to buy" and "mand",
"man" even though in this case it is a woman.
As for the ride, we had strong head and sidewind for 50 km, but at least
tailwind the last 30 km, when we were most tired, so not a total loss.
