I don't recall if you use LR4, but if you do, the brush controls allow you to
brush in white balance in specific areas. You could brush up the necks and
leave everything else as is. FWIW, when I used auto for white balance in LR4,
the color seemed somewhat improved, but the neck areas were still visibly more
yellow than the rest.
