hate to ask if you stopped it down after focusing
I tried several, including wide open, however if the camera is supposed to
set the shutter speed in aperture priority it shouldn't make any
difference. Wide open with the 2X is f5.6 and I'm shooting at ISO of 100. It
really doesn't present a huge problem to me however I'm going on a field trip
with some students tomorrow and want to give them the experience of using a
lens that will let them reach out and "touch" something that is way over
there.
The one I was having a problem with is the e-1. Will also mount the 400mm
f4 on the e-3 and probably take the e-5 with the 150mm f2 with a 1.4X
teleconverter.
Should be a fun experience as long as nothing gets dropped.
