It's not really in Bridge, but ACR called from Bridge. I do the equivalent from
FastStone. I did try it a little, and it
is indeed nicer than when I last tried it. Doesn't appear to be pure LCE, but
does nice things.

Ah, no. I would have to create new action(s), as the existing ones would then
over do it.
It appears that I am one of the few who regularly use PS Actions. I use them
ALL the time, on every image. If they
weren't there, I might have forgotten how to use some important tools.
They are also wonderful for processing several similar images. I turn on
recording of a new Action, do my thing, then
stop recording when done. I can then repeat exactly the same editing on other
images with a click. If I make a mistake
and backtrack, that's all recorded, too, but individual steps may be deleted
after recording, to clean up.
