Every once in a while an opportunity to photograph an insect on a flower
comes along, but not like this. I had set myself up to photograph my first
Hedgehog Cactus flower of the season when a bee arrived. I took a few photos
as it moved around, but then it decided to descend into the interior of the
flower to gather some nectar. I took a series of photos as the scene
