Not necessarily so, for bellows lenses in general.
In this specific case, as with the 50/3.5 Macro, the front element is recessed
and the cone shaped, ridged area in front
of it acts as a built-in hood.
The 135/4.5 does require a hood for best flare resistance.

One could certainly find a hood of some sort to add, but as Don says, it's not
needed.
