The OM extension tubes only say "Olympus" on the side.  This has more 
text and, given the similarity in thickness to the 7mm tube I think it 
has to be the MF-1 4/3 adapter.  Blowing it up leads me to believe that 
I can read "Adapter" as well but that's not certain.
