[OM] IMG: General Tire, Plus Blur

Somebody suggested some Guassian Blur for that terrible oof background on
Genereal Tire:

I think it works.  This was the original:

I think of the three, the Guassian Blur works best at subduing that
distracting background.  I just need to use fast lenses wide open all the
time!!
